Dermstore

I placed my order on Sunday, Aug 21. I'm still waiting for its delivery. DHL keeps changing the delivery date. Also, the refund I requested hasn't come through. Dermstore has changed their promise to me, originally saying I would be reimbursed in 3 - 5 days, then saying 3 - 8 days.

I saw the bad reviews after I had placed my Elta md order and I was pretty scared it wouldn't come! But nope— it came in like 3 days or something — super easy. So no complains here! Maybe they got better about it!

I opened my Obagi Medical Professional C Serum 10% yesterday and put the dropper into the bottle. I tightened the cap so it would not leak, but when I went to use it this morning, I noticed it had been leaking in my drawer. I lost about 1/3 of my product. When I looked closer, I noticed that the rubber part of the dropper was not sealed completely and had been leaking. I was so disappointed. I reached out to Customer service and talked to them about the issue and they are sending a replacement bottle. I wasn't sure what to expect when I reached out, but they were so easy to work with. Definitely purchase from the again!

I am upset by your marketing. You offered a 30% discount. However, you don't say which products are excluded. I had a long live chat and was told I would be refunded the 30% once my account was charged. I screen shot my chat. Was told it wouldn't be necessary you would send me a copy of the chat. I didn't receive it. What needs to happen for my card to be credited the 30%?

Oh man! I got "the Black Friday sale" postcard in the mail. "Up to 30% off)**** Some exclusions. Then I signed up for texting from Dermstore. Supposedly, 15% off. Try to place an order with "The Codes" and they are not accepted!! I went on the Chat and the said to place the order and they would issue a credit. Sooo, I went to place the order and lose the first chat. Go back with another chat... Ended up placing the order. I will see what I am actually charged.
